4 Commercial Listing Photography Tips that will Save you Time & Money

There’s no doubt that commercial listing photography is one of the most critical aspects of real estate photography. But you could save time and money on bad photos if you know what you’re doing. Commercial listing photography is essential to any good commercial real estate listing. It’s also one of the most challenging parts of the job. 1) Start early. If you wait until the last minute to start shooting, you’ll likely end up rushing through the shoot. Therefore, plan for at least one week before the listing goes live to prepare appropriately.
2) Shoot during the day. Most people think the best time to photograph a property is when the sun is out. However, the light is often too harsh and bright. So instead, try to find a time when there is enough natural lighting to make the photo look good.
